10.1 The bingoplusph Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. bingoplusph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
10.2 If bingoplusph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately suspended, all personal data will be deleted, and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidelines.
